Poor customer service and no communication. I raised a complaint regarding 280 prints going missing, got the same script from each customer service rep. Escalated the complaint up to a manager and still waiting 3 weeks later for an answer/resolution. Poor communication, and unable to speak to anyone, customer service staff unsure how to deal with queries and basically send the same script via the chat each time. Unsure of how to deal with complaints when they are raised. Photographs are good quality of the ones that I did receive so cannot fault that, but when things go wrong they are unable to deal with anything that is outside the norm.
I was disappointed as I’d had an email saying I could have the papercover book for free, but after I’d created it I had to pay. To add to my disappointment the day after I placed the order I received an email offering a larger format hardcover book for £10. I realise these emails are probably auto generated but never the less I remain disappointed

Great quality pictures and love the 50 free prints every month, delivery is always in good time too would highly recommend
Ordered two photo albums - both received more quickly than expected,well-packed and true to order given. Contents excellent and I enjoyed compiling the books, adding my own wording/descriptions,as well as a few embellishments.

Good service, As usual a large number of pictures to print in a single order. Found the website reasonably straightforward to upload and manage.Production and delivery was good and as promised. Quality was great.
12 of my photos came back blurred. I got them reprinted they were even worse. You tried to blame it on the picture quality but I've had these same pics printed before and they were very clear. Not happy at all.
Very fast processing. Results good as far as colour and framing. Packing for return of prints more than adequate
Fast delivery but disappointed that some prints had top missing off picture, how did they pass your control system? Others were brilliant.
Didn't find it easy to achieve the product I wanted and do it all on same order but I am rubbish with doing stuff like this so it was probably my fault .
You send me about 500 emails and phone notifications a day.It's really rather annoying!
